NPP Neuro Group needed a website that clearly presented its specialist neurological rehabilitation services while building trust with patients, families, case managers, solicitors, and healthcare professionals. With a wide range of adult, paediatric, medico-legal, and therapy-led services, the main challenge was making the website feel clear, professional, and easy to navigate without oversimplifying the level of clinical expertise behind the organisation.

The challenge was to create a website that communicated clinical trust, specialist expertise, and clarity for a complex healthcare provider. NPP Neuro Group needed to stand apart from generic healthcare websites by presenting its neurological rehabilitation services in a way that felt professional, reassuring, and easy to navigate for private patients, case managers, solicitors, insurers, and families.
We analysed the audience, service structure, and how specialist neurorehabilitation is presented online. This allowed us to define a clear positioning: expert-led, outcome-driven, and built around a multidisciplinary approach. The website now presents NPP Neuro Group as an established provider with strong clinical credibility, including NHS supply experience, medico-legal expertise, adult and paediatric services, and a wide range of therapies across the UK.

Our Process
We kept the process structured, sensitive, and focused on clarity. Starting from the ground up, we worked closely with NPP Neuro Group to understand what the website needed to achieve — who it was speaking to, how each service should be organised, and how to build trust with different audiences looking for specialist rehabilitation support.
From there, we mapped out the site structure around the core user journeys, including private patients, medico-legal clients, case managers, adult rehabilitation, and paediatric services. Every section was designed to make the offer easier to understand, while reinforcing credibility through clear messaging, clinical service detail, and a professional visual direction.
